This ia absolutely do-able. I have both on my WIN95 desktop. I use 16-bit for Cognos; 32-bit for Oracle tools and Access95. The 16-bit stuff goes into ORAWIN by default; the 32-bit goes into ORAWIN95. The 16-bit uses the .ini files in Windows; the 32-bit uses the registry. ODBC with one or both is fine--get 'em from www.oracle.com; they install with the Oracle Installer. Make sure to get ORAWIN/BIN and ORAWIN95/BIN on your path (reboot necessary!); then just modify the tnsnames.ora files in the network/admin/ directories (or use the "Easy Config" tool from the install disk.)
One word of caution--the Discoverer 2000 CD contains something called ODBC. But that's for Oracle tools to access non-Oracle DB's, not the reverse, which is what you want.
BTW--I know it's possible to get SQL*net to work with far, far less stuff than the installer adds, but I've NEVER seen a clear writeup of what the minimum required files set is, so I just use the installer and kiss a few 10s of MB goodbye.
