Anyone uses ARIS DFRAG?

I'm trying to install this too, on my machine and I keep getting the Generla Protection Fault in the VB300RUN.DLL. ARIS sent me another copy of VB300, but it didn't help. If anyone has any idea what might be the reason, please EMail to me or post here
