Take a look at the oracle.ini (or registry) environment variable
FORMS45_DEFAULTFONT on the two machines.  They both should specify
the same font.  This affects boilerplate text.  It is also possible that
the fonts that you used on your machine are not defined on the other
machine.  In the latter case, FORMS will substitute a font that does
exist, but I'm not sure how it decides which one.
