Free HTML form-to-email cgi script

Are any of you having problems creating a cgi script that submits an HTML form via email? Check out our example of this procedure at http://www.openpath.com/products/openpath.htm (example2).

Also: help yourself to the source code & to a free copy of the software, which created it.
