RAID configuration for Oracle7

        Hello All!         

        I'm installing a Oracle7 Server in a Digital Alpha Server with RAID 5 storage system.

        We have a 4Gb disk out of the RAID and three 4Gb disks in a RAID 5 array (total used: 8Gb).

        Which are the best configuration of datafiles, control file, log file e archived log files?
