Personal Oracle 7 for NT 7.2.2.

I have just installed PO7 for NT and when I start database it errors out with a message 'can not start oracle'. I saw during installation it created the local database. In navigator when I click on local database or anything else it gives me the error '09352 - windows 32-bit two_task driver cannot spawn the oracle task' Can anyone help me with the issue
