Oracle <==> HP Image : Help!

I need to connect a table from an Oracle database to an HP Image database. One is in Chicago, the other in Boulder. I have at my disposal a Windows PC which is at the Boulder site, connected to the HP machine, and the PC is connected to the Chicago site via a T1 line. Can anyone suggest a tool to make this possible?
