I'm having trouble getting pro C to run
Oracle 7.1 running on Novell 3.12 fileserver

Try to precompile the sample files and get message to the effect "unable to create/find list files"
CHecked the HELP on this and it indicates tha t Pro C either can't find the files it wants to compile or cant create the list file it needs to.
I'm certain it can get teh source files it needs . HAve changed directory settings to make sure it can create any files it needs. (as a matter of fact, if I create a dummy .lis file before precompiling, it wipes it out).

ALso tried running on a WIN 95 machine. There it begins compiling, never stops , and eventually kills the machine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
