How to view Oracle's odb files on PC ?

Hi,

	Currently I can view odb files from Unix platform.
	However, I spend most of the time working on a PC frontend, I have
	copied the files to the local drives, but it seems that Words could not
	recognise the format. Is there any applicatons that reads Oracle's odb
files 
	on NT/Win95.
