Q: can't install Oracle ODBC required support files

Hi all,

I got a problem while installing the Oracle ODBC required support files. I download it from Oracle. After installing ODBC driver, I got an STOP ORACLE SERVICES BEFORE INSTALLING error message when I tried to install required support files. I have stopped the listener and shutted down the database. I checked the services from the Control Panel and I found that OracleService, OracleStart, and OracleTNSListener were all down. Are there any other services running?

I'm running Oracle7 Workgroup Server for NT.
