     Entertainment is a serious business. We should know - as
     one of the biggest games manufacturers and distributors
     in the world with over $500m turnover and 1,600
     employees, Electronic Arts has entertained millions of
     FIFA '97, Soviet Strike and PGA TOUR Golf fans the
     world over. 

     We take our IT seriously too. Selling and distributing
     more computer games than anyone else, we rely on our IT
     infrastructure to closely match our international business
     needs - indeed we see it as key to our competitive
     advantage. That is why we have invested heavily in
     implementing ORACLE Applications throughout our
     European operations. With ambitious plans to rapidly
     expand our company, we are now seeking to recruit two
     IT professionals to join our energetic IT department to
     develop, implement and support these key systems. 

     As part of a dedicated team, you will be the main contact
     between a number of our European ORACLE
     Applications sites and the IT department. Working
     closely with users, you can expect your brief to be highly
     varied but, in particular, you will be responsible for: 

          Configuring the system to conform to specific
          country requirements 
          Identifying, specifying and implementing
          enhancements to the system 
          Providing on-going user support and training. 

     To be successful in this role will require strong
     communication skills, a real customer focus and
     willingness to travel occasionally to our European sites.
     You will also require experience of supporting or
     configuring ORACLE Financials or Manufacturing
     (version 9 or later). Candidates who, in addition, have a
     foreign language, experience of working in an
     international environment, exposure to any ORACLE
     development tools and ORACLE Applications Version
     10.x will be of particular interest.
