Sizing of Oracle on NT Servier

Hi,

Does anybody know of any good sizing tools for Oracle ? I am particularly interested in getting the correct sized NT platform for an Oracle database with, say, 10 users. The size of the database is as yet indeterminate but the other factors ( memory,processor, disk space per user etc ) need to be evaluated
