any experiences with Oracle on Windows NT 4.0

We currently have a product which runs under windows NT. We are considering Oracle as our database. I have heard that the Unix  version is quite stable, but I wondering if the same holds true for NT  version. The demo that I saw had several "mysterious" failures  which went away when the guy "bounced" (stopped and restarted)  the services.

Any comments from real users would be appreciated. Particularly  on problems with memory leaks or database daemon or agent crashes
