how to learn oracle financial??

Does someone has knowledge about oracle financial training courses,
as almost all the companies require few years of experience in
financial. Therefore, I was wondering, from where people are 
learining financial/manufacturing etc. (I believe Universities do 
not have these kind of programs..oracle packages).
