ORACLE DBA JOB ID: DB11 Fast growing services firm is opening a major facility in Atlanta. They seek an Oracle DBA to manage a large production environment which includes PeopleSoft and Oracle application software.

Duties: Manage the production environment for PeopleSoft and Oracle application software which includes several hundred thousand employees. Implement security, optimize/tune the database, apply Oracle upgrades, etc. Will also be responsible for some of the Oracle and PeopleSoft system administration duties.

Skills: Four (4) or more years of database administration with at least three (3) years of Oracle database administration (including release 7.X). At least one (1) year of Unix. Proven database tuning/optimization skills.

Compensation/Other: Salary to $80K. The initial assignment is six (6) months at the headquarters site in Orlando, with the ultimate permanent assignment in North Atlanta. This position DOES NOT REQUIRE TRAVEL. People Network Inc.
