Don't have my manuals here at home. Take a look at the readme files under the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/ directory.

There is some information on how to use and oracle utility to transform your PL/SQL into bytecode, so that the source is not available, not even to the DBA.

Email me if you can't find it, and I'll take a look.
