Hi Priya,

Well the bests ways is to create a pro*c program that requests user name and passwords
this could be from a file that you pipe which generates grants and allocates resources.

Additionally you could write a oracle forms application that reads a text file and geneartes grants.

or.. if u dont want to code anything use Security Manager.
