SQL*Net Error - Can anyone help enlighten me?

Hello,

We are running oracle 7.1.6, 7.3.2 client/server's on AIX 3.2.5, 4.1.0 and receive the following error from a number of applications using SQL*Net to communicate in our client/server environment.

ORA-03106: fatal two task communications protocol error

The problem seems to be dependent on the TCP/IP network traffic load and also the SQL*Net load. Any insights would be appreciated.
