Latch overview with problems?

Hello All!

I'm using the Performance Pack of the Oracle Enterprise Manager. When I display the Latch display, it reports too much "Gets
(Wait)" in the "cache buffer chains" line.

Look at these values: (best viewed with fixed pitch font)

Gets (Wait)	Misses (Wait)	Sleeps (Wait)	Gets (No wait)	Misses
625275			145		156		19578	34

	Is there a problem? Can I optimize performance?
