po7.vrf(0) not found during NT4 (client) install

Greetings:

I'm trying to install Personal Oracle on an NT 4.0 client. I receive the message "PO7.VRF(0): FILE_NOT_FOUND while verifying po7" when I try to installI "Personal Oracle7 7.2.24.0". The file "PO7.VRF" *does* exist in the temporary directory that I expanded po7nt.exe in.

I have set ORACLE_HOME to point to g:\orant and included g:\orant\bin in the PATH.

I have successfully installed the installer (run ORAINST and then selected Installer).

PO7 seems to be a little light on installation instructions ( ;-) )
