I use Tcl for Unix and NT scripting, although I haven't used Oratcl (my Oracle extension for Tcl) on NT. Much of Oracle Enterprise Manager was written in Tcl/Oratcl. The current 'production' Tcl/Tk version 7.6 uses Motif look&feel widgets; the just released Tcl/Tk 8.0alpha uses native Windows l&f on NT, Motif on Unix, with the same source code - a very nice feature.

You can get more information on my Oratcl package from my web page (url below). The only other NT Tcl-to-Oracle solutions are two Tcl/ODBC drivers.
