Oracle Supplied VB Control

In the list of available custom controls in my copy of Visual Basic is the Oracle Spread Table Control. When I look at the custom properties of one, there is a help button. When I press the help button the help system reports back that it cannot find mmtx.hlp in the ORAWIN95/BIN subdirectory. I have searched the Oracle CD as well as the VB one, and I can't figure out where this control has come from, or where the help file is.

Do any of you have a clue where I might be able to get a copy of the help file?
