Hello Lourens!

I don't think that this error is related to ODBC. Perhaps a dll for 3D-Buttons (perhaps used in an ODBC-Install-Programm?)

I suppose it's a standard Windows dll (ctl3dv2.dll), which the programm fails to load.

Try to get it, and copy it in your Windows\System-directory. Perhaps that helps.
