Env: 12.1.0.2 Linux x86-64

We just applied the JUL2020 Patch for 12.1.0.2 for a database that had
previously been on 2018.07 BP. (JUL 2018)

Now I'm seeing these messages in the alert log.

Looking at the patch for Bug (20355502) says it was superceded by
*Bug:27321179
<https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?parent=DOCUMENT&sourceId=20355502.8&id=27321179.8>*
Oracle says the fix for that bug was first included in
12.1.0.2.180417 (Apr 2018) Bundle Patch for Windows Platforms
<https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?parent=DOCUMENT&sourceId=27321179.8&id=245840.1#FIXED_WIN:C102P:180417>

Looking at our Current Oracle Inventory (source database) I see:

Patch 29043782 : applied on Thu Jan 10 12:31:17 EST 2019
Unique Patch ID: 22622184
   Created on 13 Dec 2018, 17:26:13 hrs PST8PDT
   Bugs fixed:
     17969866, 18650065, 18793246, 20236523, 20493163, 20548904, 20636003
     20807398, 21117072, 21128593, 23182225, 25139545, 26151631, 26196152
     27321179, 27487279
   This patch overlays patches:
     27547374
   This patch needs patches:
     27547374
   as prerequisites

That Patch is:
Patch 29043782: MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF DATABASE BP 12.1.0.2.180717 FOR
BUGS 28317860 17969866

So here's my question. Do I need to go find the equivalent of that Merge
Request for the JUL2020 BP ?

Also I'm wondering if I could just remove the fix control setting for these
hinted SQL_IDs ?
