Hi All


I am seeing foreground waits on event "Sync ASM rebalance" they are not
huge by any means (140 seconds over a 6 hour window) but I am trying to
figure out why I am seeing these at all.

To the best of my knowledge we had no work scheduled on ASM that was going
to add/remove disks.

What else could be causing these waits?
