I'll be unable to attend; it will be the end of the Spring term at K-State (where by the way students are told both about performance and production issues when taught SQL :-)) and I'll be between grading final papers and packing for Europe. But if some people are tempted to be first time speakers, I'd say first yield to temptation, and if you are anxious about presenting I have started a series of videos that are nothing more than shared experience and (strong) personal opinions on how I feel things should be done. It's a work in progress (three videos so far, each around 10 minutes), it's in French, but all videos have English subtitles (by the way, if somebody wants to translate subtitles to another language, contact me off list).
