Sorry, good point, windows 2008R2 x64 for the OMS. The repository (just in case) is in an 11.2.0.3.7 OEL6 x64 DB.

Based on this, I assume you are using some form of Windows. But not all Windows are created equal, else Microsoft would not be trying to get us off XP.
