AIX 7.1 oracle 11.2.0.3 huge memory leak

hi all
faced with heavy swapping, while investigating found huge difference between oracle and os stats:
v$process says that it use 1.5 gb mem
svmon says that is tis 10gb.
where such differences come from ?
