In case anyone is wondering, here's a quick summary of users and their statuses: List Summary:
Admins 3
Moderators 0
Digest 949
Vacation 611
Hidden 22
Total 3779

So, we have a total of 3779 subscribed addresses.

There's no easy way (that I'm aware of) to determine how many of the 3,779 total actually have posting privileges, or how active they are. (I can do that on a per-user basis, but I know no way of aggregating or summarizing that.)

I still remember when it was hosted at fatcity and then I think it was Jared who had sent an email to everyone asking if they would like to join a new list with no daily 75 or so email limit, which then became current oracle-l. I think it was sometime in very early 2004 when we came here to freelists.org<http://freelists.org>. I have some 'useful' emails containing interesting pieces of info saved from Jun 2004 in my Yahoo (initially and then Gmail) account.

Thanks to all the admins for keeping us in line and on our good behavior ..

This list is I think about 15 years old now. I am not entirely sure though - Gaja may recall when it started, I discussed it with him just before creating it.
