IF you run into this problem, see this alert from Oracle

Usage / availability issues have been reported against *MOS Customer Portal* .

Customers updating their Oracle/SSO account (i.e. change email address) report they are unable to get past 'Account setup is still in progress' error even after waiting a full day...

IT is aware and working towards a solution (see bug 18158471) .

*Actions you need to take :*

If you encounter, please open a myHelp ticket and mention bug 18158471 so IT can fix the indivdual account.
