EM11 (and 10) had 2 links labelled JOBS on the same page. They went to different places and neither of them showed old fashioned dbms_jobs. EM12c also doesn't show dbms_jobs as far as I am aware. It doesn't help you much but DBMS_SCHEDULER is a much better job scheduler than dbms_job ever was, and now support for it is in SQL*Developer you don't have to remember the more complex syntax whenever you create a job.
