No hesitation.

12c - 12.1.0.2 - is TONS better than 11g or 12.1.0.1 and is definitely 
prime time quality.  I especially like that it is included in the 
Linux/OVM support license when there is no other Oracle product on the host.

And now that 12.1.0.3 is available, I'm jumping on that
