Standard Edition RAC - CPU core limit?

Hello all,
In a Standard edition Oracle RAC configuration, we can have a maximum of 4 CPU sockets on all the nodes combined together. Are there any restrictions on the number of (Intel/AMD) CPU cores per socket?
