Hi Robert,
Somehow the crsconfig_params were missing netmask hence root.sh were failing. Now root.sh is failing on second node with segmenation fault while executing clscfg -localnode and failed while starting CTSSD service. I have check NTP is working fine on all nodes.
I saw a bug 10211821 similar to my problem but in that bug support has provided any fix so far. I have als checked and couldn't see any problem in the file permissions for OCR and VOTE disk.
Can you shed some light on this?
