Fwd: 11.1 database will not open after upgrading clusterware and ASM to 11.2

Hi,
I can confirm that I had the problem with the listener, which I was able to sort out re-running configToolAllcommands.I noticed it created a listener on each node called LISTENER and not LISTENER_<nodename>, a change due to the SCAN config I assume, the SCAN listeners and scan vip also configured OK. But than I had big problems with ASM, so I have started again and once I am back ready to go, I am going to migrate and make damn sure thart all env vaiables stating "ORA" get unset! So i cannot say what the extact environ was for ASM, but if that was wrong when I originally ran acmca as one of the OUI assistants it could well have messed things up. Oddly enough even though things went very wrong for me with ASM, the cluster files were upgraded to 11.2 and everything that should have been was running out of the Grid Infrastructure home.
