I don't know. All these numbers seem very low. Database design (I'm assuming to help with this migration of SQL Server to Oracle) RAC, ASM, Exadata, Data Guard. To be done with one other member (who is probably the SQL Server DBA?) and be Primary global support for mission critical databases. This sounds like a great opportunity but one that would require senior level skills in all of the above. (I especially like "Intense project team participation"...). Maybe I've been working in NYC too long, or unaware that all these products no longer really rely on a senior level dba skills, but I'd ask for 250K right out of the gate since you are going to be doing the work of 4+ DBA/Sys Admins... Please take my number with a grain of salt, but note my hands did start to sweat when I read the job description.
