dataguard issue on Primary database.

Hope Everyone is doing good!!.
I am back with one more issue today. Nees your help please.

I am getting an error message while creation of dataguard for oracle 10g on windows. The primary and standby database is on the same machine.

This is the content of the standby screen SQL> startup mount
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 289406976 bytes

Fixed Size                  1248576 bytes
Variable Size              92275392 bytes
Database Buffers          188743680 bytes
Redo Buffers                7139328 bytes
Database mounted.
SQL> alter database recover managed standby database disconnect from session;

Database altered.

SQL>


This is the content of the Primary database:-

SQL> startup mount;
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 289406976 bytes

Fixed Size                  1248576 bytes
Variable Size              96469696 bytes
Database Buffers          184549376 bytes
Redo Buffers                7139328 bytes
Database mounted.
SQL> alter database open;
alter database open
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 1 - see DBWR trace file ORA-01110: data file 1:
'D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\ORCL1\SYSTEM01.DBF'

The trace file shows me this info:

skgfglk: D:_ORACLE_PRODUCT_10.2.0_ORADATA_ORCL1_SYSTEM01.DBF possible holder 2964:2308, flags 1
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 1 - see DBWR trace file ORA-01110: data file 1:
'D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\ORCL1\SYSTEM01.DBF'

ORA-27086: unable to lock file - already in use
OSD-00002: additional error information
O/S-Error: (OS 32) The process cannot access the file because it is being
used by another process.

I am doing this for the first time, could you please guide me how should I solve this problem.
