Converting NON-RAC on UFS TO RAC on Veritas CFS/Sun QFS with Solaris 10 - basics Qs

Aiming to Convert a NON-RAC Database to RAC in our TESTING Environment on Solaris 10.

Option 1 - To convert the NON-RAC Database on UFS Filesystem on Solaris 10 to Veritas CFS (SFRAC ver 4.1) :-

Qs Can the datafiles be simply Cold "COPIED" from the UFS File system to the Veritas CFS File system?

Option 2 -To Convert the NON-RAC Database on UFS Filesystem on Solaris 10 to Solaris QFS Filesystem :-

Qs Can the datafiles be simply Cold "COPIED" from the UFS File system to the Solaris QFS File system?

We need to choose 1 of the above 2 Options based on EASE of conversion.

Oracle = 10.2
