I'm currently running a 10.1.0.4 two node RAC instance (RHAS 3 Update 4) using Polyserve for the Shared Oracle Home. The ONS keeps on terminating on one of the nodes after the nodeapps have been restarted, however the ONS on the other node has no problem.
