If you have access to the IOUG-Live presentations and papers from 2005, Daniel Liu from First American Real Estate Solutions wrote a great white paper and presentation on this.

there are a couple of articles in metalink, as well as on otn... But as Ken mentioned - the doc for setting this up works out very well..
