One in peculier remarked to me after the training that "I didn't learn anything new, I already knew all these things for few years". Least to say I was amused, but this is the same guy whose idea to fix a performance issue to re-roll out a whole schema. So, Cary and Jonathan might be tough for newbies to digest, especially to those newbies who already know everything.
