Change your SGA back to 300M and try starting the database again. If this work, then incrementally increase your SGA until it fails.

Check the alert.log file for errors.

Hi  

I changed my SGA size from 300mb to 1.5GB.  

Users are getting ora-03113 end-of-file comminication channed.  

Got this error after starting the Database. It is 9.2.0.2 on solaris.  

ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [1113], [], [], [], [], [],
[], []

ORA-01089: immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitted No current SQL statement being executed. ----- PL/SQL Call Stack -----
  object line object  

Any idea?
