Aix 5.2 is 64 bit it has a 32 bit mode. but 64 bit oracle will work in 32 bit aix 5l 5.2 kernel. its a little confusing but it does work Manjula Krishnan <oradba.la_at_gmail.com> wrote: So, I cannot install Oracle 9.2 on AIX 5L 32 bit kernel since the hardware also has to be 64 bit?
