Contract Replacement in Orlando, FL

Hi All,  

In July I will be out on maternity leave. My employer is interested in bringing on a skilled contractor to handle my job responsibilities while I am out.  

Requirements:  

1. Experience with 9i/10g on Windows 2003 platform, both 32- and 64-bit
2. RMAN scripting, excellent backup and recovery skills
3. Performance tuning skills are a must. I spend a lot of time tuning or addressing tuning issues.
4. Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure (such as a recovery)
5. Excellent communication skills. This position requires interfacing directly with management and several development teams.
6. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and multitask.
7. Experience with Epiphany products from the DBA perspective would be wonderful but are not necessary.

This position is located in Orlando, FL. Exact dates are not known at this time. Best case would be to have someone here to shadow me/help out for a month or so prior to my due date (7/15). There's a sense of panic here already.
