RE: Creating Oracle Designer Reports

Oracle Reports run-time is installed with Designer. In fact, now Oracle Designer is part of the Oracle Developer CD set. So Reports and Forms comes with it.

Is Oracle Reports required in this case or is a stripped down version of Oracle Reports installed with Designer?
