Newbie here...
Help! Apparently I have goofed somewhere. oops, i mean created another learning experience. i cloned two 9.2.0.5 <http://9.2.0.5> instances on w2k from an old production environment. everything seems to be running better, faster, yea! right?

well, i cant hit as sys remotely via sql*plus or OEM to what is now production. investigating the OEM issue via google, metalink, et.al. i have found the following in %ORACLE_HOME%\network\log\nmiconf.log:

DBSNMP for 32-bit Windows: release 9.2.0.0.0 - Production on 06-APR-05 17:04:30

The OracleOraHome9iTNSListener is set to restart Automatically but it will not, and i cant get it to start manually either. I assume i messed up when creating the listener file for the new instances as well as when i did the Oracle install. i am continuing to run this down, but wanted some senior counseling since i am the only real DBA on site.  your comments, experience and advice is greatly appreciated.
