In "Oracle Real Application Clusters - Administration and Deployment = Guide 10g Release 2" beta draft there's a new appendix entitled "High = Availability Oracle Clusterware Command-Line Reference and C API". = Therefore very soon you should be able to have the information you are = looking for, at least for 10gR2.=20

PS: I'm doing some beta testing in single-instance mode only. Therefore = I don't know what they changed in CRS, i.e. I don't know if this = documentation can be relevant for 10gR1 as well... Anyway, in my = opinion, when it is out, makes sense to give it a look.
