Mladen,
Oracle is not unbreakable and will never be, neither on Linux nor Windows. The only reason you don't see a 1-off patch is because no customer has reported an issue yet.
Be creative and find your own issue.

Few days after the patchset was released there is still not a single 1-off patch in the Metalink.
Does that mean that 10.1.0.4 is bug free (a.k.a "unbreakable") or that Oracle Support personnel
is intensely concentrated on the Schiavo case and pope's health?
