OraPerf.com down?

I've been trying to access OraPerf.com (Anjo Kolk's incredibly useful and, indeed, vital site) for the last day or so with no luck (get a gateway time out error). Does anyone know if it's actually down or should I start kicking our network/firewall bods cos the firewall is playing silly sods, again.
