Oracle Streams

Dear Experts

I am trying to setup Streams and getting some weired Error. I tried to use OEM, but its wizard also fails with the same ORA-25238. I don't know where I need to reduce the Recepient.

Any Idea. I am trying to configure Streams for A schema by taking 20 tables.

TIA for any ideas on the above error
